Grilled Chicken Avocado Wrap

flour tortilla
burrito size

grilled chicken breast
sliced

avocado
mashed or sliced

shredded cheese
cheddar, pepper jack, whatever you have
mixed greens or romaine
a handful

salsa or pico de gallo
lime juice
a squeeze
salt and pepper
Instructions
Lay tortilla flat. Spread mashed avocado down the center, leaving room at edges.
Layer on chicken, cheese, greens, and salsa. Squeeze lime over everything. Season with salt and pepper.
Fold the sides in, then roll tightly from the bottom. Wrap in foil if packing for later.
Notes
For meal prep, make 4 or 5 on Sunday wrapped in foil. Skip the avocado if prepping more than a day ahead — add it the morning you eat it.
